As we look back over the last 15 years, it’s clear to us how we got here. By living our values: Have Grit. Teach and Lead. Step Up and Own It. Act With Heart. Do the Right Thing. On day one, we dedicated ourselves to bringing these values to life, and remarkable things have happened ever since.

This business is not for wimps, especially when you’re based in Houston. For 5,479 days and counting, we’ve kept our company and our clients on course through hurricanes, economic crises, floods, industry disasters, global pandemics – and of course a few thousand near-impossible deadlines. Here are highlights.

  1. 2005
    1. Kern Design and Fisher Creative merge to form BrandExtract.

    2. The BrandExtract Logo "Head" is born. He is lovingly known as Stu.

  2. 2006
    1. Our client, Stripes, is born. Our brand strategy, identity and TV, radio and MySpace marketing work helps them to eventually go public.

    2. BrandExtract acquires BravoZulu.

  3. 2007
    1. BrandExtract moves out of a residential 合约数字货币交易所_永续合约交易home and into The Design Center on Old Katy Road in Houston, TX.

    2. BrandExtract attends the first of many sporting events. This one at Rice University with shirts, of course, of our own design.

  4. 2008
    1. SAM support is created.

    2. The first official Friday BEer:30, a tradition that still exists today, begins.

  5. 2009
    1. BrandExtract doubles its office footprint and grows.

    2. BrandExtract's Recognition Committee is formed. The quarterly Big Head Award, weekly recognition via The Bird, and Quarterly Days of service are born.

    1. First appearance on Inc 5000. With 51% growth from 2007 to 2010, BrandExtract makes the Inc 5000 list as one of the fastest growing companies during the worst recession in a century.

    2. BrandExtract acquires Parker:Hayden.

    3. Ranked 6th in 'Largest Houston Agencies.'

    1. Our client eVgo, the first national charging network for vehicles, is named AMA Marketer of the Year.

    2. At the first Chili Cookoff, Julia wins Spiciest Chili, but Donovan takes 合约数字货币交易所_永续合约交易home Best Overall.

    3. BrandExtract is ranked 77th on HBJ's 100 Fastest Growing Companies.

    1. BrandExtract acquires Shable and Associates.

    2. BrandExtract publishes its first responsive website for a client.

    3. BrandExtract ranked in the top 16 worldwide for Website Design and Development by the Web Marketing Association.

    1. BrandExtract and Clients celebrate our Ten Year Anniversary at Karbach Brewery.

    2. Stu undergoes a brand transformation and is refreshed.

  11. 2017
    1. BrandExtract is featured in the prestigious LogoLounge publication.

    2. BrandExtract is named best digital firm in Houston and wins seven WebAwards.

  12. 2018
    1. BrandExtract awarded several AMA Crystal Awards.

  13. 2019
    1. BrandExtract awarded Great Place to Work.

    2. BrandExtract awarded six W3 Awards and six Web Awards.

  14. 2020
    1. Global Pandemic hits Houston and BrandExtract swiftly, seamlessly transitions to full remote working, having been built to be online and remote.

    2. Stu gets a facelift. Life is grand and BrandExtract invites all clients on board for another Fifteen Years. Salute!

When this is your foundation, you’re bound to face some adversity, but you will never falter.
